Terms and Conditions
Monthly Rental fee and Buy Back option mentioned above is exclusive of VAT. At no stage during the agreement will the lessee own the vehicle. Excess mileage, vehicle condition and other charges may be applicable. At the end of the agreement you must return the vehicle. The Deposit will be kept by the Lessor until agreement is terminated; and after vehicle is returned by the Lessee, the Lessor checks it for any damages or outstanding fees such as CVA or fines. Once this is cleared and the Lessee doesn’t take the Buy Back option, then the Lessor is bound to pay back the above mentioned deposit sum to the Lessee or part thereof as the case may be.
